I'd like to leave feedback about Allison Kennedy. She displayed exemplary customer service when I inquire about an insurance claim for my dog, Bean. (I have a Best Friend's policy.) Not only did Allison answer my questions in a very reassuring manner but she went above and beyond that by explaining the coverage that my policy offered and what that would mean in terms of reimbursement. Allison displayed the utmost patience when I asked her when I might be receiving my check, quizzed her when I hadn't received it in the expected time frame, and then graciously accepted my apology when I said that the check was in my mailbox when I got home from work.As if that weren't enough, she helped me figure out how to complete this survey and will share suggestions for web site improvements.
Allison is a model for what great customer service should be and if I were you, I'd give her a raise or promotion! She's the reason why I will continue to insure my pets through Best Friends.
