Pets Best is really The BEST

My Daisy is a 9 year old Jack Russell Terrier, she will be 10 in 2mos. I have never had any problems with her, but i have always had insurance since I have had her. I have been with Pets Best since 2009 and it has been the best decision I have made. The last two years with Daisy I have spent quite a lot of money, but with Pets Best, I got ALOT back. Let me give you 2 examples. Last year she had to have two masses removed, my total bill was $850. My co-pay is $100, and I got the rest of it back. Last week, Daisy was hospitalized, and my bill was over $1600! I just got notice that my reimbursement is $1,120. There are somethings that are not covered, but that is ok because it is understandable. They process claims quickly, and their representatives are always so nice. You can also view everything online. I would never leave Pets Best. Do yourself a favor, and choose Pets Best, you won't be jerked around.

Have you received your 2012 renewal rates? I also raved about Pets Best for several years and referred numerous customers to them. They have recently changed underwriters and several of my clients had complained to me that the rates had tripled and they could no longer afford the insurance. I just received my renewal today and rates have skyrocketed to $2200 a year to cover one dog. They have also dropped their multi pet discount to only 2%. So to renew the coming year would cost me in excess of $8000. I will have to do some major comparison shopping.
