We were very pleased with the amount that Embrace reimbursed us for the eye infection that our dog had. He actually had to have two separate treatments and Embrace handled both of them without question or issue. My only suggestion for improvement is that it took longer than Embrace indicated it would take for the claim to be resolved and payment made to us. However, in defense of Embrace I believe (but am not certain) that they may have been in the process of changing their claims management system at around the time of our two claims. Overall, we are very satisfied Embrace policyholders. You never know what ailment your dog may get. It's nice to know that Embrace is there as a backstop for us. And the customer service representatives with whom we interact are always exceptionally courteous and professional.
