Embrace account representatives were very prompt in responding to questions I had regarding my claim. They walked me through my first submission, which was a combination wellness and "sick" visit. The response time of follow up emails was incredibly quick. Directions given and answers provided were very clear. I got an email saying they were sorry about the slow processing time of my refund, and the next day it was in my mailbox!If only the healthcare system for humans could be so efficient, we would all be in much better hands!
