I generated an online quote with the coverages I was comfortable with. After a couple of e-mail exchanges to answer some of my concerns, I purchase the policy online, no problems. When I submitted my first claim weeks later, I got an e-mail back saying that the procedure wasn't covered! It turns out I made a critical error when selecting coverages online. Out of luck? Not at all. They looked past my bumbling and offered to reformulate my policy to what I had intended it to be, and made it retroactive. Not only that, they applied a discount I had not previously known about, so my monthly premium dropped a few bucks. Bottom line, great customer service. Hopefully the claims process is as impressive.
