I had scheduled a dental cleaning for my 7 year old yellow lab, Chamois. When they did the blood work prior to anesthesia, a serious kidney issue was found. Chamois went through two days of IV fluids, many tests and was put on meds and a prescription diet once the issue was pinpointed. She was, and still is, a mystery case for our vet and the clinic as she presented no symptoms of an illness and still exhibits nothing that a doctor would normally use to identify an illness.
I printed out several personalized claim forms and had the clinic keep them in our file. As an appointment was completed they would fax the form to Healthy Paws and the claim was quickly processed. We had one appointment at 9:00 on a Thursday, the claim was processed by 2:00 that afternoon, and my check was in the mail on Monday. That's awesome!
Everything I hoped would be covered was, payment was fast and the customer service couldn't be better.
