Worst Service Ever

This company does NOT help the owner or pet in any kind of way! They are just after your money after your first visit and initial vaccines its downhill from there, it's impossible for your pet to be seen on emergency and you have to wait almost 2 weeks to get in. This has been the WORST experience I've ever had...and after canceling my plan they continued to automatically withdraw $ for 2 months and I spent hours trying to get it back! STAY AWAY! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY STILL HAS CLIENTS!!

Problem is Banfield advertises as one! If you get discounted services and it is a true emergency, then Banfield should treat the pet!

Banfield is not an emergency hospital. Think of it as your pet's pediatrician. You should go in for routine check up, physicals, vaccinations and of course if the pet is sick. If you have an emergency, you would take your child to an emergency room. While Banfield does offer emergency services, it is not an emergency hospital that is open 24 hours. Banfield does the best possible job to help keep your pets healthy and attempt to get them healthy when they are sick. I know some Banfield's can be very busy, but every one that I know does accept walk ins on some level.

I don't know of any NON-chain Vet that would not take my dog in right away if they really needed help ASAP. This review is correct in saying you are money hungry...
