They fight bank with Diductables

Out of 10

They paid my dogs claims (80%) and then moved my diductable to 50% I personally don't think that is right. If you use their insurance they will penalize you with stupid diductables. So one must wonder if $70 a month is really a deal? I will let you be the one who decides.

I just went through the same thing with my Airedale Terrier. He has a severe allergy problem and over the past year (which is first time we have had to claim) he has gone through many tests and meds to control this problem. So far, I have claimed $2,500 for one year and have paid premiums in the amount of $3,000.00 since he was a pup. He is 4 yrs. old. As of Jan. 1/14, I have been told that my coverage is to be cut from 80% coverage to 50% coverage. I am not happy and told them so. I don't think you should be penalized for having a sick animal. No one knows when you purchase a puppy what is going to happen in the future. Talking to them was a waste of time. Said they would review in 6 months and take into consideration what has been paid out for the last 2 years. Can't see any savings coming up here. Doesn't make sense. I have had no problems with getting claims paid but disappointed in the reduction of coverage.
