I've had VPI pet insurance for four years now, with my 5 year old dog. I've submitted 2 claims, one which paid 80% of the bill after the $50 deductible, but the other only paid about 30% of the bill after the deductible. The PROS: fast service on claims. Really helpful customer service people. The CON: like other reviews above, the "reasonable" service fees are not normally what I've paid at my vet, which means you get reimbursed less than you've paid for your services. Overall, I think it's a good value for your money. And as far as the customer service goes, I won't be changing any time soon.
