We've had VPI insurance covering two dogs for about 6 years now. The 'guys' have been through the usual wellness and acute periods. VPI was recommended to us by our Vet and having VPI made decisions that would have been impossible possible. VPI is a business and we respect that. We have pets we love and VPI respects that. So does our vet. We are all tied together. What I want to say is when our much loved 12 year coton died suddenly of congestive heart failure, VPI recognized 'what' had happened. They responded with respect and courtesy and sent us a note expressing sympathy for our loss. We were touched by that. We have appreciated having this coverage and respect the work that VPI has done for us. We're glad our VET let us know about VPI. Somewhere among the financials shared with owner, vet and insurance, there's the reality of the love and bond between and pet and his human friend. Thx to VPI.
