As a loyal Embrace customer (and Allstate Insurance agent), I always mention the amazing service we received from our Claims Embracer, Sam Adkins, when our little baby Kobe had to undergo surgery to remove one of his kidneys last month.
We had our money deposited (over $6,300) directly into our bank account less than a week after the claims were received by Sam (about 2 weeks after we submitted them). Although the claims were initially misplaced, we got our reimbursements within days once Sam got on it.
What a lifesaver it is to know that we have Sam and everyone at Embrace looking out for our financial wellbeing, especially when facing the most stressful of times caused by our beloved pet's illness and surgery.
We have since posted our experiences with Embrace on Facebook for all our friends to see (I have over 1400 of them) and always remember to mention how amazing Embrace is to our vet, Dr. Rowan, at the Rutherford Veterinary Hospital in Dallas, TX.
