I would not recommend this insurance!

(Hope you get to read my true feelings.) When it comes time to pay claims, they hold back. Customer service also becomes poor when there is a problem. Pet Best is not the best and does not try to satisfy their customers. I am very dissatified and they didn't try to rectify the problem nor even cared dispite the words that came out of their deceitful mouth. They have lost a customer. Don't waste your time trying to appeal because they will not change their mind. Look else where for insurance. Best of luck. Beware: There are other deceitful companies out there.

My claims that have been approved have been process within 5 days or less so i dont agree with the holding back of claim payments...i have not always had my claims approved but i call and get an explanation...of course I would always like to have them approved but some of my dogs have issues that get wrapped up into other issues thus pre existing.

Can you explain the situation a little better? I'm looking into pet insurance and would like to know what happened and why you were denied reinbursement. Especially because the other reviews were rather positive.
