I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the quality of the customer service provided by both the telephone reps as well as the claims processors. My claims are consistently being processed incorrectly with Embrace informing me that my claim is not covered when - in fact - it should be. Thereby requiring to make multiple phone calls and send multiple emails to receive the coverage that I have paid for. The avoidance and unwillingness to pay claims is almost equivalent to fraud.
