This company appeared to be friendly and helpful at first. When they had to pay for more than regular healthcare, they changed their tone. They dropped my dog w/o much warning and when I asked them to review her case, they took 6 months to finalize it! I spoke to numerous people at VPI Ins. and they all seemed to think she shouldn't have been dropped, and expressed surprise every time I told the story. I never understood why it had to take 6 months to review either. I spoke to "Kitty" several times, and she always promised to call back, but didn't. All in all it was very disappointing and aggravating. I wasted a lot of time calling and leaving messages or waiting on hold, only to leave a message. I would never reccomend this company. NEVER EVER.
