Some people look at me like I am crazy when I tell them I have insurance for both of my dogs. Even my husband thought it was a waste of money until one snowy/icy day in January our Labradoodle Tipper slipped while playing with her Labradoodle sister Caley. After her limping got worse the next day, her vet confirmed she tore her ACL and needed surgery. I called PetPlan and they directed me on the paperwork step-by-step. After the paper work was completed, Tipper had her surgery and I submitted the claim for over $1000.00. Petplan covered all less deductible. Best was that I had the check before my credit card bill was due. My husband now is a believer as well as my friends with pets. Hopefully, they will all pick Petplan. Till this day I still receive an e-mail from Suzanne at Petplan asking how Tipper is doing. We still need to keep Tipper from running and jumping but spring is right around the corner and Tipper will be ready to run and play outside with Caley and cat friend Smokey. You never know when an illness or injury may happen to our pets and what a load off your mind to know that there is a company out there like Petplan to ease the financial burden.
