We've had Embrace for close to 3 years on our Boxer and we continue to have consistent service. Our claim is recognized right away with an email lettting me know it's been received and how long they anticipate we will wait to see if claim is payable. I notice if it's been longer I get an email acknowledging that and apologizing, how professional. Often a little courtesy goes a long way and I appreciate the consideration. Now, if insurance companies for humans offered the same courtesy...! I'm not saying we never had to wait or contact Embrace re status of claim but I always feel like when I do someone is taking care of it.
