Chauncey was a sick dog and after investing quite a bit of money into his health, a second cat of ours in a year was diagnosed as hyperthyroid and our vet bills were skyrocketing. I signed Chauncey up for the insurance and figured I should wait awhile before scheduling the neuter and dental, but Pets Best called me the day the 14 day waiting period was over to let me know that the policy was active and that if I needed to have anything done with him, I could. In under a month of signing up he has had his dental and has been neutered.
