very happy with VPI

I have been with VPI for about 9 years or so now. Between cats, birds, dogs, tortoise's, rabbits etc... you name it, have many :O) VPI has always been very helpful and friendly with their customer service. I have submitted many claims and vey high dollar bill claims at that. I have always done my homework, honestly and properly submitted my claims as explained by their policy and never once have had a problem with them, been questioned or denied anything that was within their policy and coverage plans. I have always gotten reimbursed anywhere from 50 to 75% of what I have paid out of pocket, very happy and grateful for that. I find VPI to be very personable and truly caring. The birthday cards and holiday cards sent out for my "youngins" do not go unnoticed or unappreciated, even if i am paying for service, it is still a very nice and wonderful customer service to provide and do for their clients. I lost my dog Ryan at the age of 5 years old to a very agressive cancer, after submitting my claim for all costs that were involved VPI not only did the normal of reimbursing me, but took it upon their own to just finalize everything with Ryan's account, cancel it and send me a condolence card and letter stating they have done this. It was so nice and even better knowing I didnt have to call in and speak of it and the time to do all that myself, it was just automatically taken care of, wonderful customer service! Would and have recommended VPI to many, just got my mom to sign
