Fast reimbursement no hassel

Out of 10

Pet plan has been great. They have been able to answer all questions when I called on how to submit and if this is covered. Pet Plan paid for all visits, supplements, surgery and visits. To this day our dog Riley has had approximately $3k+ reimbursed from Pet Plan for Cranial Cruciate Ligament surgery. We selected a $200 deductible and 100% reimbursement. It only took Pet Plan approximately 2 weeks review and send out the checks. We have insured Riley the day after we got him. The premiums are not horrible and even after the surgery the increase at renewal was about 10%.
We would prefer that the deductible be once per incident every 12 months from date of injury instead of once per injury per calendar year. One of Riley's followup is going to be 2-3 weeks after his renewal so we have to meet the $200 deductible again.
