I find this company to be awful. They never pay the full bill, first. Second, my cat needed a series of diagnostics to figure out what was wrong with him. Most were cheap, and not even claim able, but then it came to his $400 ultra sound. They refused to pay it because he showed symptoms of the illness in the previous plan period.They said I needed to have continuous care insurance (at additional cost) to cover this. Well, he wasn't getting sick, then better. It just took us a while to figure out what was wrong. Now he will be fine, but they refused to pay and were rude when I queried it.
