I used another pet insurance company in the past. I am very impressed with Embrace. Claims are acknowledged and processed very quickly. I expected a claim for my new kitten not to be approved because of the time frame of when I purchased the insurance and the issue that was encountered; however this was not the case and the claim was paid quickly.I did contact customer service a couple of times and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable Representative who answered my questions without sending me around to talk to several other people.
I am very satisfied with the professionalism that I have been handled with.
