Disclaimer: I am a new customer and I am writing this review in response to the first reimbursement from Embrace. I also have nothing to compare Embrace to. So, more will be revealed but so far, so good. Excellent customer service: actual people who are kind, polite, and literate keep me up to date with the progress of the claim.
Now, on the downside, I expected the policy to cover annual checkups. This is something that Embrace should provide: prevention, after all, is in their best interest.
If they covered preventive care (i.e., annual checkups) I would give them a 10.

Hey there Bubbles' mom, I'm so glad you've had a great experience with Embrace so far. We do cover annual check ups but it sounds like you didn't pick that for Bubbles' policy. If you call in to 800-511-9172, you can add the coverage.
