My 2.5 yr old Springer Spaniel was suffering from lameness on his front legs. After many tests and specialists it was determined he needed bilateral orthoscopy of his elbows to repair fragments at a cost of $3,200 followed by $1,400 worth of physcial therapy. Luckily when he was a baby I purchased from Pet Plan a 80/20 policy with a $200 deductible. I never wanted to make a decision about treatment based on cost. Pet Plan has paid every claim with no questions asked. With diagnosis and treatment we have submitted over $4,000 worth of claims and we have only paid the $200 deductible and 20%. I am curious if our rates will double next renewal in July but I recommend this company to anyone if a dog or cat.
