Petplan Manager DON

Don is a manager at Petplan . Had a billing issue I was charged three times on my Credit Card and kept calling for help to correct it.
I was brushed off by agents and other Managers who were no help at all. I finally spoke to Don who had helped me in the past and it was corrected in a few hours. He called to let me know the credit was put through. They really need more people like Don there to help people with there problems. THANK YOU AGAIN DON!!!!!!!!!!!!
