My daughter had the pet plan for her dog. She spent 100's of dollars on a supposed skin problem - recently her apartment building caught fire and 12 apartments were completely demolished. She is devastated that she lost her dog. Benfield insists she must pay the remainder of the premiums, saying she received the services. Each time she took her dog in they prescribed very expensive medication that didn't do anything - it has only been a couple weeks since she lost the dog and everything else she owns and they are calling for payment with no sympathy towards her. Come on people show a little compassion!
