Ive, call Banfield several time to downgrade my plan to basic plan as I was told right after I got Rockie the puppie has since died and contract was not able to be fullfield He was not able to receive all of his shots or be able to be fixed. My pupply was replaced by the breeder and new puppie was at least she was honest. I ask that If I had to continue t pay for this that they allow me to tranfer over to Max as he is in the same place as Rockie was when he died. I've been in business for fifty years and believe if I treated my customers like this I would't have many. This is a large compqny that I would not recommend to anyone they over charged on services. Besides there plan I had to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket for additional test and services I feel this is areal scam. I'm filing a complaint with the better Business Bureau as well as state Comsumer Affairs. Not that Banfield will care as long as the can sucker people in.
