I have two pets insured with ASPCA Pet Insurance. When a claim is submitted, whether by email or by fax, I always receive a phone message or an email stating the claim was received. When payment is made, I receive another phone message stating the claim was paid and reimbursement is on the way. What more can one ask for from a company. Great follow-up, timely reimbursements and the knowledge that my some of the monies spent in vet fees when my pets have an accident, will be returned to me. Everyone is so cordial on the phone and so very helpful. My hat goes off to the person that trains the customer service personnel.
