Best decision I ever made....

Out of 10

Having two active dogs, it is a daily ritual to take 3-year old Daisy Duke, a Labrador Retriever, and 1-year old Maggie Mae, a Boykin Spaniel, to the park to play catch. One day without warning, while playing catch Daisy was suddenly limping and would not put her hind leg down. A visit to the Orthopedic Specialist revealed a tear in her Cranial Cruciate Ligament, a torn ACL to you and me. Daisy had a Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TTA surgery) to repair her hind leg; and is recovering nicely. I could not be happier with the Silver Plan I purchased for Daisy Duke when she was just a puppy from Petplan; submitting the forms was easy, and in less than 2 weeks, no questions asked, I had a reimbursement check for 80% of the surgery cost, $1,877.60! Much to my surprise, the process was easy, hassle free and the customer service agents were always helpful and willing to answer any questions I had during the process. Having coverage for both Daisy Duke & Maggie with Petplan gives me peace of mind should the unexpected occur.
