Nothing but canned responses

In addressing the recent interaction with Healthy Paws, I am compelled to express my profound disappointment in their handling of customer concerns. The company’s response, both via email and over the phone, appeared to be a standardized, boilerplate reply, clearly crafted to align with HR guidelines rather than address the specifics of customer grievances. The email I received bore the subject “Action Needed,” yet, paradoxically, led to the unilateral cancellation of my policy without any required action on my part. This experience raises serious questions regarding the integrity of Healthy Paws and their commitment to service, especially for long-standing customers. It is crucial for all policyholders, particularly those with aging pets, to be aware of the potential disparities in treatment and the inequities that may arise as a result. This situation underscores a worrying trend in the company’s customer service practices that deserves scrutiny and public awareness.

Great service and fast, fair claims

I've had several claims for procedures and surgery for my old lab through Healthy Paws. They've provided great service and fast, fair claims. The process is easy and they are transparent about what is covered and what documentation they need to cover care. I recommend them without reservation.

Would Recommend Heathy Paws

We've had a wonderful experience with Heathy Paws. Our pup had to undergo three eye surgeries before he was 6. Heathy Paws made it an easy decision to give our dog the best care. Submitting a claim could not be easier. I would recommend Heathy Paws to any dog or cat owner!

Good coverage and excellent service

I've had several claims with Healthy Paws for my older labrador. They've clearly explained his coverage and what documentation is required for care. The claims process is extremely easy and the response is fast. Healthy Paws has been very fair and open with covering my dog's surgery claims. I give them a whole hearted recommendation.
