Louise's career started in the UK 20 years ago, working for various marketing agencies across financial services, government and charity clients. She then moved client side to one of the UK’s largest animal charities, The Blue Cross, setting up supporter recruitment and development programmes, helping to find new supporters UK wide and raise the money needed to build a Cattery with a specialist mother and kitten centre in Southampton, among other significant projects.

In 2000, Louise co-founded equimedia, a digital marketing agency, with her husband Andrew. Over 17 years, Louise has worked hard to grow the equimedia team, nurture talent and develop the agency’s expertise to become the award winning digital and media agency that it is today.

In 2017, Louise and Andrew embarked on another new adventure and acquired Pet Insurance Review. Using her extensive marketing and charity experience, Louise is now committed to supporting pet parents across the US and Canada.
