| 10/10 Trupanion is BY FAR the best pet insurance!! |
| Our Shih Tzu was diagnosed with renal failure when she was just over a year. Trupanion has made it possible for us to afford the best care to manage her health and give her the quality of life she deserves dispute her diagnosis. They cover what they say they cover and have the best customer service! We recommend Trupanion to everyone! |

| We have 4 dogs and between swallowed objects and allergies this insurance has saved us thousands! It's easy to file a claim. We would recommend this insurance very highly! |

| 10/10 VPI Insurance was wonderful to work with! |
| Our dog Sadie needed to have ACL surgery they covered 90% of the surgery which was very expensive, and they covered much of the hospital expense as well. They handled the claim in a
timely manner they are very detail oriented in making sure that your claim is proper and you reimbursed after they have reviewed the said claim. They were a pleasure to deal with. We have five Shih Tzu's and most of them are covered by VPI insurance. We are always telling our friends about VPI insurance and the need to have them because you never know when that day will come when they will need major surgery. Thank God we had it for this unexpected expense.

| 10/10 Better Coverage than my Health Insurance! |
| I have been with VPI for a year now and absolutely love their coverage, quick turn around in payment processing. I also love their emails and print flyers on healthy dog tips. Great company! |

| 10/10 Compare Pet Insurance, then choose Petplan! |
| I have a Shih-tzu that is almost 8 yrs. old. When she was a puppy, I had VPI and found their set fees (on what they pay for claims)are not even close to the normal vet fees in my area. I did not re-new with VPI and went several years without pet insurance (I will never make that mistake again!) Ultimately, I did my homework and researched Pet Insurance. I went with Petplan and am so glad I did! My dog was diagnosed with a chronic illness that was costly to diagnose and will involve continued (expensive) testing and medications. My first policy with Petplan began in 02/10. So far they have paid almost $7,000 in claims. Needless to say, that is thousands more than I have paid in premiums. I would much prefer to have no claims and just have the insurance for peace of mind. That hasn't been my situation, and I am so grateful to have Petplan insurance not only for peace of mind but for paying my claims quickly and hassle free!
When comparing pet insurance, it's important to understand what the policy will actually cover. For instance, Trupanion reimburses at 90%, however they do not cover vet exam fees. In my experience, that would add up to a lot of non-covered fees that Petplan does cover, especially if your pet has a chronic illness that would require a specialist and/or multiple vet visits. With the the high cost of vet services and medications, I would not want to be without Petplan! |

| 10/10 I Love Pets Best Insurance! |
| I have raved about Pets Best to my veteranarian so much that they are now recommending this insurance to their other patients! I have 3 older dogs and have submitted multiple claims. Pets Best has paid on every one of the claims in a very timely manner and kept me well-informed via email through the process. The last claim I recently made was processed and the benefits were in my account within a little more than a week! I am SO impressed. I love Pets Best! |
