| 10/10 I'm Amazed |
| My 11 month old chocalate lab puppy caught a nasty bout off Colitis. I got him to the Vet and he needed tests to rule out obstructions, bloodwork and stayed overnight to get IV and medication to get everything under control. My Vet and I filled out all the paperwork and sent all his records since it was our first claim. I faxed all the information this morning and by this evening I was notified that my claim was approved minus my deductible and I would be receiving $435 on my claim. I figured at least 2 to 3 weeks, and can't believe that it was processed soo quickly. I'm relieved to know Guinness is covered and that this company will come through. |
