| I researched a number of pet insurers before settling on Pets Best. I did not expect to be using it quite so quickly; within months, I needed to file a claim for my Maltese dog's neurological dry eye condition.
The company was superb. Downloading the claims forms was easy, I received emails detailing the processing right away, and had a check in my hands within days.
I should also add that we share our home with five dogs/cats, and wondered how much and what kind of coverage to get. A very patient service rep helped me go over my options, did not try to "upsell" me, and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
It is a pleasure for me to recommend this company -- and I do so without reservation. |
