I have taken my dog to the vet multiple times over the last 8 months since I got it and everything has been covered except the prescription food. Claims are processed really quickly... I love it so far!

We had never had pet insurance for our 4 dogs because the various plans seemed so complicated that I couldn't take the time to make a decision...then I found the PurinaCare plans. It is so clearly written and comprehensive that we signed up. We especially liked the high annual allowance that did not otherwise restrict coverage on a per-incident basis. Just a few months later Katie, our 5-year-old Labrador Retriever, developed life-threatening complications after being spayed. She had 4 more major surgeries during her 10-day stay in the Michigan State Univerity Veterinary Teaching Hospital's Critical Care Unit. PurinaCare followed through quickly and painlessly! I recommend them to everyone.

Our 5 year old Havanese starting having knee problems that required surgery. Worried that we would have the same problem with the 4 year old we searched for insurance that would cover any probles he might have. Within 5 months his right knee went out and of course he had surgery. Then the other one went and again back to the doctors. Thank goodness we had PurinaCare on our side thoes two trips would have cost us well over $5,000 with PurinaCare our cost was only $1,000. Hopefully he will never need anything major again, but just in case we will never drop Purina Care.
