I was quoted $1400 from the eye surgeon. Thinking it was a lot like a human surgery I contacted Purina to get an authorization. They were so kind and said once you have reached your deductible we will pay the percentage allowed. I did the eye surgery at the beginning of July and by the end of July I had the check in hand. The eye surgeon was super impressed as well with the customer service of Purina as the receptionist mentioned most companies are not this easy to deal with. Thanks Purina!
