Very slow to process claims and if they need further information, they will write to you and you get a letter three weeks later asking for whatever they need. They could e mail! They will get out of paying in any way they can and if you have the temerity to claim, they increase your deductable. Do not use this company. My credit card has been re-issued in the early of this years since experied. All my other membership payment has no problem on credit card renew procedure at all. Only PC finanical insurance, who cancelled my policy since my previous credit card experired without any noticement.
