| 10/10 Pet Plan and Dr. Cook save the day |
| Aces is a 5 and a half year old Chihuahua who moved past family pet to part of the family a long time ago. A couple years back he was having episodes of constant vomiting that by the time to vet figured out what it was it had cost me upwards of $1,000 to make him better, it was at this point I decided I needed pet insurance and after much research and a few reccommendations I decided to go with Pet Plan.
About 2 weeks ago I was leaving for vacation when I dropped Aces off to stay with my mother knowing he had been acting a little funny lately but I couldnt put my finger on it. By the time I got to the airport my mother called me and said he was having trouble walking and she's taking him to the vet. Of course at this point I'm ready to cancel my trip and return home but after getting constant updates I felt comfortable he was on the road to recovery. When I arrived home and went to pick Aces up he came running to me just like normal so I assumed everything was ok so I took him home. The next day (Saturday) I noticed him starting to limp again so I called the Vet and was told to bring him in first thing Monday morning. When I got home from work Sunday morning and opened the door my usual greeting from Aces never happened, I went in the bedroom and was horrified to realize he couldnt't even stand up, he was paralyzed in his hind legs. I immediately took him to pet emergency and they gave him a couple shots to hold him over till I could see the vet the next day. That whole da |

| 10/10 Thank you Pet Plan |
| I purchased pet insurance from PetPlan back in September 2009 when I adopted my first dog for just in case. My dog had a few ear infections in the past few months and PetPlan reimbursed me immediately without any hassle. Thank you |

| 10/10 OUTSTANDING!!!!!! |
| I can't tell how happy I am with my PetPlan service. My crazy lab loves eating rocks, toys, clothing, you name it. Within eight days of submitting a claim for a foreign body removal, I received a check for $2,127.39 of my original $2,177.39 claim. Forget about the fact that PetPlan was able to get me a check only having 5 business days to process the item, including mailing me the check, the relief in knowing that the entire ordeal was only going to cost me $50 was beyond comforting. There is not a single suggestion I could give the folks over at PetPlan as they knocked it out of the park in every respect. I've told every pet owner I know about this experience and will continue to do so for years to come. Keep up the Great work, you guys deserve to be recognized at the leaders in the Pet Insurance. |

| 10/10 Can't recommend them enough! |
| Petplan has been great to work with. Both of our dogs have filed claims multiple times and they've been paid quickly without a lot of hassle. Our beagle recently got desperately ill (IMHA), and needed to spend a lot of time in intensive care a the Vet teaching hospital. We maxxed his policy fairly quickly but the claim was paid quickly and without any issues. Our little man is back to being very healthy and an amazing member of the family. If it wasn't for our Petplan policy I'm sure we would have had to make different decisions regarding his care and the outcome might have been different. So worth the piece of mind. |

| 10/10 The best you can get! |
| I just got off the phone with Mike Bernfeld to check on my claims..Mike told me my checks were on the way.
I put in claims for my cat Tigger who was not feeling well 2 weeks ago..The vet bills ..blood work..and medications were all covered and not only were they covered the checks were mailed to me in less then 2 weeks time.
This is not the first claim i have put in that not only was paid promptly ..in the entire amount that i was owed (try getting that from another pet insurance company) but the customer service people were so nice and helpful that i enjoy talking to them.
I have all 6 of my cats covered and i can't emphasize enough that if you have pets this company is a must have!
Mike bernfeld will help you with all of your questions!
Thank you so much petplan! |

| 10/10 PetPlan is first rate! |
| Our dog Dudley lacerated his paw on some metal grass edging. This was our first major claim with PetPlan for about $350 at the animal ER. PetPlan paid the claim very fast and Dudley received his stitches and was back to running around as happy as can be in no time. This is a terrific company, I couldn't recommend them more. |

| 10/10 Thank God for Pet Plan!!! |
| Within the last 2 1/2 years I had lost Bugsy, 10yrs. old to bone cancer and Gracie, 8yrs old to a liver issue. Besides, just being devastated, we were left with approx. $13,000.00 worth of bills combined.
We had added a new member to our family, Beary, and we new that we could not own a dog without insurance. Not expecting to use the insurance until Beary's senior years, we signed up with Pet Plan in which I decided after research was the best plan out there.
Would you believe that at 4 1/2 months old Beary started limping in his front end.! He had a few things going on. He had had surgery for ocd of the shoulder, surgery for fcp of the elbow, chiropractic and cold laser therapy. And now he is going through postsurgical hydrotherapy. I just know one day soon we will see Beary limp free and most importantly, free of discomfort and pain. It has been truly a frustrating experience for the past 1 1/2 years seeing our boy in this pain and finding out that he had multiple things wrong with him causing his front end problems. Thank you Pet Plan for being the outstanding company you are in covering any type of problem that is wrong with our dogs (family members) and in a timely fashion. You have eased much of the stress just by knowing Beary is being covered by such an upstanding company and in helping ease the load of the cost. I don't know what we would have done without it. I estimated that Pet Plan has covered approx. $7,000.00 of the cost and our part has been ab |

| 10/10 Great plan |
| I decided I needed to get pet insurance for my corgi after he ate something out of the yard and racked up a $1,200 vet bill. Well it was a good thing I did, he ended up swallowing the end of a small spatula (don't give your dog peanut butter off of a spatula the end will come off if they decide they want the whole thing). It was not something that was going to come out on its own. He had to have surgery to remove it costing $1,400. His insurance had just gone into effect the week prior. The paper work was easy (I printed off what the vet needed to fill out and took it in and they did the rest) the check came quickly from PetPlan and I ended up paying less than $400, talk about saving!! |
