I received three emails that processing my claim was running behind. That is fine but don't tell me it will take two weeks if every claim i make is going to make will take 4-5 weeks. This is not the first time. I also work under a two week deadline and hold myself accountable to get the product out to our customers. Kind of question who is accountable at Embrace.

Have never had Pet Indurance before & was always skeptical. With a new puppy I believed the wellness program alone would be a benefit. Very first submission of claims have been handled quickly professionally & obviously to my full satisfaction. Not only do I now endorse pe insurance, but also recommend without any hesitation Embrace as the premier provider to work with. Thanks

10/10   Couldn't afford my dog's surgery without PetPlan
We couldn't afford my dog's surgery if we didn't have Petplan. Can't thank them enough for being there when we needed them the most! The process was easy and we got our check quickly!

2/10   Rotten Insurance - go with another insurer
I have - or shall I say had - multiple dogs insured with VPI. while people in their call center(s) are nice, they like to placate and pacify rather than taking care of the problem. Every claim I've made, including the covered spay/neuters in the past 5 months I've had to dispute and get managers involved. The only reason my last set of claims were being "re-reviewed" and now paying on the claim is I noted I'd call the state insurance office of regulation. I am tired of fighting every claim, tired of their pat 1st and sometimes 2nd turn downs, as well as they don't review or read their own files and start requesting items they already have. They find every reason NOT to pay. If you are persistent they'll pay "something". but this is very time consuming and if you work, you'll have a hard time finding the time to fight every single claim. Don't waste your money and time. find a different insurer. there are better insurers, with better policies with far better underwriting of claims that don't take so long. One other note, VPI won't call you or email you if they have a question on a claim. They automatically deny. So if you feel they are wrong, you have to call, you have to force the claim to be re-opened and you have to do a lot of leg work as often the "re-open" doesn't always happen. Initial turn time is 30-days. Each re-review is another 30-days. You are lucky to see any check in the 90-days after claim(s). Also, managers will claim they'll call you back on a

This was my first claim with Embrace and I was very pleased with their customer service. My claim was handled within 15 buisness days as advertised and any questions I submitted via website were answered within 1 day and their employees I spoke to aon the phone were always professional.

I worked in the veterinary field for 13 years, anbd this was the best policy out there. When I left the field the first thing I did wasz to purchase two policies. I have two chocolate labs. One is completely healthy, the other has had two knee sx and VPI has been outstanding in their customer service and benefits departments. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
