| 9/10 very satisfied |
| My 6 yr old Golden Retriever was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (maglignant bone cancer) of her hind left leg 2 months ago. If it wasn't for the support from trupanion pet insurance I would not have been able to give her the quality of care she is receiving. I will update this post as her treatment progresses. |

| 10/10 Does what they say they'll do |
| We signed on in the Fall of 2011. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased. We do have very comprehensive coverage, including Wellness. For the claims I've needed to submit for our two goldens, everything has gone smoothly and customer service has been terrific. I tell many people about our experiences so far and encourage them to look into Embrace. I also have talked it up with two of my vets. Great job, Embrace! |

| 10/10 Pets Best... You are awesome. |
| I am pleased to have PETS BEST insurance for my dog. I have two years and four months Golden Retriever. I purchased PETS BEST insurance right after she had a spay surgery when she was 5 months old. At that time one guy next to me was writing a check for $4000 for his dog’s surgery but he didn’t have insurance. I had thought that it would be nice to have an insurance for incase. About 15 days ago, my dog had graved a part of branch of Juniper tree and it made her coughing and pushed the branch into her nose. We had to take her to the Georgia Veterinary Specialist in Atlanta because our vet in town didn’t have the equipment to get it out from my dog’s nose.
With two times treatment in town and Atlanta trip, we had spent almost $1150.00 in two weeks. PETS BEST insurance processed my claim very fast and I had their reinvestment in 5 days.
We never thought my dog was getting this accidental injury. It was very nice to be covered 80% of my cost. My dog is a pretty healthy dog but something was telling me about “Incase.”

| 10/10 Very pleased with Embrace. |
| This is my first experience with pet insurance. My previous dog had high vet bills so I decided to give insurance a try with my Golden Retriever who is now 13 months old. He fractured his toe and the bills were over $1,000. I am very pleased with the processing of claims, communication from Embrace and the amount of money I have received. |

| 10/10 I was nervous, but has worked out great |
| A year ago I lost a cat to cancer and a second to kidney failure in a 1 month span. The vet bills were pretty big. That's when I looked into getting insurance.
I chose PetPlan because they were the only insurance that would cover my 2 11 yr old dogs.
I will admit I was a little skeptical when I signed up my 2 senior dogs and 2 kittens.
About 1 month ago, one of my dogs was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer. The prognosis is very grave. My vet and I decided to treat her palliatively using chemotherapy. So far there have been 3 vet visits, the initial diagnosis and then 2 treatment visits.
So far, PetPlan has paid quickly and with no issues. They've taken out the $200 deductible one time, and have covered 80% of everything.

| 9/10 Long time Insured |
| My first golden retriever died of leukemia at 10 1/2. From diagnosis to her death was 8 days and it cost me $1,200. She was NOT insured and I would have paid whatever it cost to keep her quality of life going.
Now I have a different golden retriever who will be 12 years old in July 2012. I've had her insured (full coverage, including cancer riders) through VPI since I got her. She's had two knee surgeries, some dental work, and the standard care (check ups, heartworm preventative, etc.). The insurance paid for over half her knee surgeries. It has been well worth it!
I know some here have mentioned other insurances pay more. And if that's true then I'd like VPI to be more competative in that regard. But since most people don't even think about insurance until a major incident, I'd say that VPI is a great choice.
I've never had a problem with a claim and they've always been prompt. Your pet is a part of your family, and I believe their health should be insured. |
