| 10/10 Best Pet Insurance Company Ever !!!!! |
| Dear Readers: I'm so impressed with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance Company that I was complelled to write a review for them. I've had other Pet Insurance companies with other pets I've had in the past, but I have always had issues with them from processing claims in a timely manner to excluding everything under the sun for coverage events. However, Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is so much better than the rest because they do 'care' about you and your pets welfare as they are constantly checking with you to make sure that your claim was properly processed, that your pet is doing ok now, and call you up on the phone to ask if there is anything else they can do for you! Oh my gosh, this was such a change from the other pet insurance companies that I've dealt with that it took me totally by surprise. Healthy Paws pet policies are not only affordable, but have very inclusive health benefits for your pets, and is one of the few companies that have "Unlimited Lifetime Benefits" (no dollar amount limit for your pets) for all covered pets. Therefore, I would HIGHLY recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance Company over all others. Please give them a try because I know that you won't be disappointed :) |

| 10/10 One word - Yippee! |
| This was my first experience with Embrace. I was skeptical about how they would actually pay out on the claim. OMG! I submitted my "wellness" claim and a week later the entire claim was direct deposited into my account. Could not have been easier! Had the vet fax over the notes from visit, with a receipt - done! Customer service is wonderful! Yippee! So happy I went with Embrace - thank you! |

| 10/10 Leda - Retired Law Enforcement Bomb K-9 |
| Leda retired in September of 2012 at the age of 11 (her birthday is July 16, 2001). Insuring her with Petplan has allowed me to get her the required treatments to keep her active and pain free. It is priceless the peace of mind that having her insured with Petplan affords me. I do not understand how any one can have a pet and not Petplan health insurance--humans have insurance, right? |

| My dog got hit by a car. The vet was able to send the claim directly without me having to fill out any additional paperwork. I received the reimbursement quickly and with no troubles which was very helpful. |

| I got a german shepherd rescue 1 1/2 years ago. I never believed in pet insurance in the past. With this dog it seemed a must. I could not be happier with the policy and treatment I have received. They have paid for her foot injury, sensitive stomach problems and everything else I have encountered. I am thankful that Pets Best exist. It has been a true money saver! Thanks |

| My GSD has a bilateral TPLO and without insurance would have been extremely expensive for me. For some people without insurance they may have to put their pet down from expense. I was so happy I had Healthy Paws insurance but even more thrilled when I actually sent in my claims. I was able to go to a specialist for this treatment and got first class care. When I submitted the claim it was almost immediate that Healthy Paws got right back to me to let me know they received it - then within hours my claim was processed. I have never had insurance like this even for myself. No hassle, extremely fast, and the claims were sent with easy to understand explanations. They paid 90% just like they said they would and also inquired how my dog was doing. A plus is also that they donate to rescues. This company talks the talk and walks the walk - just the best experience. |
