| 10/10 Peace of Mind |
| I am a use customer to Embrace. I had previously been a cusotmer of VPI which is another pet insurance. I have found Embrace to be a much better company for a few reasons: 1)better coverage at a lower price 2)response time from a representative has been awesome 3) reimbursement checks are prompt 4)follow-up from a representative is quick. Knowing my pet, Roxy, is covered by Embrace is peace of mind. |

| My dog had an injury to her carpus shortly followed by a tear of her right ACL. My claim was dealt with in a very timely fashion, communication was excellent, I received exactly the service I was expecting according to trupanion's policy. |

| 10/10 I Don’t Know Where We’d Be Without PetPlan |
| My girls (two boxers) have been with pet plan for years. I don’t know where we’d be without PetPlan! They are almost 8 years old now and boxers tend to run into health issues (as we are finding out). One has Cushing’s Disease and the other has Cardiomyopothy. We are grateful for their superior customer service and prompt processing of claims. I am always happy with the results.
Because of the plan I chose, all of their pills, treatments, and vet visits for each of the above illnesses are covered each year, after paying my deductible.
In addition, we have also had an emergency or two over recent years that would have seemed expensive if it weren’t for PetPlan.
PetPlan allows me to take care of the dogs without financial concern. I have a peace of mind knowing that PetPlan is on our side! Thank you!

| 10/10 Embrace is amazing!! |
| I had a male boxer and he was having some health problems, as boxers do. I looked for insurance for him and at the time only VPI was available. It was the WORST experience of my life! How they broke down their payout was impossible to figure out and when I really needed them when he developed a heart problem they would not coverany of it. They decided to change their policy despite the fact that I began my policy before their breed specific exclusions. Sadly, my boxer baby passed away, but we decided to get another one. This time the number of pet insurance companies was huge and I really researched the best company for our new addition. Embrace has been wonderful and beyond helpful. You cannot find better customer service!!! Thankfully our new boxer hasn't ha any health problems yet, but if he does it is great peace of mind having embraces coverage! |
